It looks like we do need an interface for assigning the Managing Directors to one or more countries. You’re correct that the MDs are all part of the “UptimeCourse MD” user group. I was thinking we could create a new user group for each country and simply assign the MD to the group(s), but I think that may be a mess when displaying the full list of User Groups. Have you ever added similar custom user fields in the past? Any sense of best practices? Happy to toss some ideas around with you. Additionally, we need to have an optional “Assigned MD” field for each registrant, which would override the default MD assigned to the Registrant’s country.
